The enquiry form uses a separate necessary security cookie for one hour; technical submission-retry records expire after 24 hours. With your permission, we count visits and interactions using a random 30-minute first-party session. This optional analytics feature does not record IP addresses or use fingerprinting, advertising trackers or cross-site tracking. People who decline are not counted, so reports undercount total activity. New metrics are stored only as nonpersonal daily totals for year-on-year reporting, with independent retry receipts and no stored visitor/session identifiers. Short-lived signed cookies prevent alteration of session attribution. Anonymous intake limits may omit activity during unusually busy or abusive traffic. Owner/test activity is excluded.
